When is my rental due back?
4-Hour Rentals: Equipment must be ready for pickup 4 hours after delivery.
Daily Rentals: Equipment is due 24 hours after delivery.
Weekly Rentals: Equipment is due 7 days after delivery.
Monthly Rentals: Equipment is due 28 days after delivery.
Pickup is scheduled for that time by default—please have the tool accessible.
What happens if I need more time with my rental?
Call or text us at least 1 hour before your scheduled pickup to extend your rental (subject to availability).
We’ll simply apply the next rate (4-hour → daily; daily → additional day[s]).
If we don’t hear from you before the cutoff, your rental rolls to the next rate when we arrive. If the item isn’t ready or accessible at pickup, a missed pickup fee also applies and we’ll reschedule.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes, call or text us at least 1 hour before your scheduled pickup to extend your rental (subject to availability).
We’ll simply apply the next rate (4-hour → daily; daily → additional day[s]).
Do I need to clean the equipment before pickup?
Yes, please return all equipment clean and in the same condition as delivered. Cleaning fees may apply if returned dirty or excessively soiled.
